For Chocolate Lovers!

A few days ago, I was gifted a very lovely package from The Body Shop!  For those of you that know me, I LOVE CHOCOLATE!  I could smell the delicious aroma immediately-- it inspires Chocomania indeed!  I couldn't wait to try it out right away!  (Or start tasting it right away, LOL!  Even as I'm writing this I'm eating chocolate, seriously!)  Included in the package was their Chocomania shower cream, lip butter, body scrub, soap, and body butter.

The Chocomania collection's fragrance is absolutely tantalizing, it has a beautifully rich scent.  This type of fragrance works with my body chemistry very well--I typically wear sweet florals & fruits, and anything with almond and honey!  To give you a better idea of what I wear, my perfume "wardrobe" is comprised of: Hot Couture by Givenchy, Flowerbomb by Viktor & Rolf, Rock N' Rose by Valentino, and Composition No. 1 by Joya.  And recently a new favorite:  White Musk Libertine, also by The Body Shop! (I love it SO much it will need its own post!)

As a jewelry designer, my arms and hands can get pretty roughed up!  Tinkering around with tools, various industrial adhesives, stones, beads, chains, etc. can really take a toll on the skin on my hands!  Not only does the Chocomania body butter on my hands keeps my hands moisturized, I can also enjoy the sweet scent while I work!  (Chocolate makes EVERYTHING better!)  The Chocomania body scrub paired with the bath gloves gives me great exfoliation--perfect for the dry winter weather, as well as aiding in avoiding any ingrown hairs after shaving.  The lip butter is a great emollient for my very large, full lips, which seem to always need hydration and protection. 

This Chocomania collection is made with 12 community fair trade ingredients from around the world, including aloe leaf from Guatemala, coconut from Samoa, and cocoa beans from Ghana.  One thing I love about The Body Shop's products is that the ingredients are high quality, and globally sourced from many third world countries.
